David Schippers, served as chief counsel to the United States

Clinton in the U.S. Senate from Jan. 1 through Feb. 28, 1999. Schippers served

Committee on the Judiciary during 1998.

Robinson was educated in chemistry at the California Institute of Technology
and the University of California at San Diego. Immediately after graduation, he
