We all know there is no perfect Candidate for President.  We all have blemishes and warts.  However,  I must draw a few critical lines in the sand regarding what real leadership should look like and what America should not compromise on, especially with her President.

First, we must have a President who loves America first and will lift her up,  not submit her to the Communist, global elitism agenda and drive her down until she is last.  Borders matter; Sovereignty matters;  Constitution and freedom matters!

Second, we must have a President with a lifestyle of integrity and character,  not a passing glance.  Ends don’t justify the means for getting elected.  Shame on Romney for continuing to insult our intelligence and lie to the American people about abortion.  His whole elected career he ran as a pro choice Republican, then magically became pro life in 2010 when it became more politically expedient to present that view when running for President……as if we were ‘dumber than posts’ and didn’t notice.  

Romney and his wife have given to Planned Parenthood and been abortion supporters most of their lives.  It is on the record that Romney looked the other way with the Gay Marriage vote in his state so he could get their vote and he did.  Shame on him for not standing up for the Constitutional,  Biblical and historical definition of Marriage.  Do you want Mr. Compromise handling life and marriage issues in our country?

Other than the obvious horror of Romney care, offering co-pays for abortion and inspiring Obamacare,  the real tell tail sign of danger with Romney as President is that he supports the NDAA Bill which is nothing but a vicious assault on our Miranda rights,  freedom, Constitution and Posse Comitatus.  Don’t even think of minimizing this in your mind!  Do you want a President who has the legal right to grab you out of your house for some blurry, unproven, terrorist suspicion and take you to GITMO or anyplace in the world for an indefinite period of time without charges,  without trial,  not even a phone call to your honey?  That is what Romney supports!!! 

I am the Presidential Candidate who believes that all who signed the NDAA bill into law should be impeached.  Shame on them all.

How many have I heard say that with this upcoming election our only objective is to get Obama out of office.  We must vote the lesser of two evils to do that.  Wrong,  wrong and wrong. 

God in the Holy Bible never says to do or support the lesser of any evil.  Evil is evil.  We must do what is right and vote for who is right,  not for who looks a tinge nicer than Obama but is essentially evil as well.  How does that work,  ‘the lesser of two evils’ anyway?  Can I have a partial affair on my husband.  How about I go to Vegas once with this cute guy,  get a room and do light kissing.  If I don’t go all they way it won’t be a real affair.”  “I will only take small change out of the cash register.  The company won’t need or miss it.  That’s not stealing because no one will get hurt and the company won’t feel it.”  There is no lesser of two evils.  Evil is evil and wrong is wrong.

We must have a President who has their ego, personality and soul submitted to the living God of the Holy Bible not Islam or anything else.  Our President must reflect our real history,  real Judeo-Christian values and traditions.  We must restore Christian values to protect real freedom . excellence and the future of our children.  There is zero room for Sharia law and Islamic rule in America.

Our President must have ideas that build America up,  bless the people,  restore and protect our freedom, Constitution and sovereignty. 

As many of you know and others are finding out,  I am the outsider who is running for President.  As a Conservative Independent,  my candidacy and success depends on the American people , patriot and Tea Party groups to get me the thousands of signatures needed to get on the ballot in all 50 states.  This is very possible if some of you can help me organize this and work with me to get it done.  Look what the Tea Party did with the historical mid term elections.  We can do this again,  together in November and get our country back in line.

I am more imperfect than most but I will also tell you the truth.  I love my husband and have not had any  affairs on him.  I love my country and refuse to have affairs on her or be owned.  I  will give America every ounce of my creative,  entrepreneurial,  visionary and gutsy spirit in service.  I didn’t quit when I was nearly killed in 2005 and I won’t quit on America either.

First, I will set forth tax liberation for America.  This will do so many wonderful things,  like get us out of debt,  stabilize social security,  make us the number one exporter of energy in the world,  triple border security and stop the 200 billion a year in drug trade.  The Concept of putting in a 2% point of purchase tax and eradication of all other federal tax,  is just what our country needs right now. 

Imagine the healing in our economy when folks aren’t paying income tax and businesses aren’t having their profits stolen ….what a concept.  People would hire and spend again.  The IRS could go flip burgers somewhere.

There would be so much extra money coming in (between 10-20 trillion a year) that all the huge battles in our face would be quickly won and we could build back America and lead again  WITHOUT APOLOGY.

I am not doing this for my career,  for power or to be popular.  God did call me and I answered and am trusting Him for the details in this unique time in our country.

Obama gets to define terrorist activities before he points our soldiers at us.  The NDAA Bill is war against the American constitution and the people.  It must be undone by the next President.  I will do that if you help me get elected.  Romney won’t undo this bill because he said in the last Debate he supported it.  Gingrich would be too busy opening our borders and shredding our sovereignty, per his own statements.

Obama is obviously preparing for Martial Law and massive societal controls.  Notice the first time ever, massive in size, military ‘urban war practice’  in several cities across America but notably L.A.  Commentator Sher Zieve pointed out on my national radio show this week about hundreds of tanks being shipped Southward in California.  She also pointed out that Police have been issued military weapons and are working with the military in L.A. in urban warfare practice.  The public has been ordered to stay away.  Something is up.  This has never happened, especially on this scale. Obama is planning for Martial law and upheaval by the public. 

Remember, Obama has already activated over 72 FEMA camps and the Federal Government is now starting to pay and control various police department jobs.  He has always pushed to have a national police force he controls.  He now has an emerging, national police force and military that can now focus on US citizens.  His plan is almost complete.   This is no time to talk nice or hide in ‘sound bite’ fear. 

It was never about race with me.  I love black people and am thrilled there are so many black leaders all across our country.  Being black has never been the issue with Obama.  It is that his whole life has been supporting anti Americanism,  feeding hatred for America and her Constitution. He and his wife have even attending flag burnings,  per his own words.  He is an enemy to America,  her Constitution and Judeo-Christian values.   He must be thrown out in 2012.  I will do it if you will let me.

Obama has trashed the people and the Constitution with his forced and unaffordable Obama care, now being  reviewed by the Supreme Court.  2/3rds of our States have stood against this forced betrayal along with 2 Federal Judges.  Hiding behind all the usual games of ‘put on’ empathy and concern for America’s health needs,  he created a forced dictatorial system, controlled by the IRS,  filled with lies about care,  taxation and threats.   It was never designed to meet the health care needs of the American people but instead meant as a ‘Hilter’ like weapon of control,  lead by our beloved IRS.   Obama has given America,  Forced Government improved health insurance; control over what was our private health care information.  The IRS will know what goes in and out of our accounts and fines and threats if we don’t obey. 

Our accounts would be taken over or frozen if we are too naughty and defiant about the rules.  Obama care was and is only about controlling the people,  our accounts,  aborting more babies and assisting more seniors to death’s door.  It is evil.  It is unAmerican and  if you elect me your ‘outsider’ President,  I will destroy it using all power and legal influence I have.  I will follow the U.S. Constitution to the letter.

Obama has been dismantling our military and gleefully states he plans to make it only capeable of handling a one front war for a limited time,  not a two front war as we have been fighting now.  Before he started dismantling our military he dismantled and assaulted our nuclear lead by signing the START treaty with Russia. 

His own words,  clear back in 2008 on ‘Meet the Press’  told America of his twisted and anti American world view.  How is it that over half the country ignored the obvious middle finger over and over from this guy?  We must learn from our mistake and never vote an unvetted and  UNAmerican Candidate in again! 

Obama believes that Islamic countries are peaceful and we should model the U.S. after them. What part should we model,  the Sharia law part that is the skeletal structure of all their Government structures?  I personally am most fond of the part in Sharia law that allows beatings and rapings of Muslim wives by Muslim husbands,  execution of gays,  execution of those who change to another faith,  stoning or whippings of rape victims if they don’t have 4 witnesses.  Then there is the peaceful wonder of constant teaching and preaching about violent Jihad and annihilation of the Infidels,  Christians, Jews and people of difference.

We have seen peace unfold all over Islamic controlled Africa,  with thousands of Christians being murdered and the rest ordered to leave.  Nigeria is an Islamic inspired blood bath right now aimed at Christians.  Egypt continues its murderous spree against Coptic Christians and attacks while threats and murders continue against Christians, Jews and anyone who wants anything different.  Let’s have a moment of silence.

With all the bloody evidence whereever Islam controls anything,  Obama still  has quadrupled Visas to Saudi Muslims,  brought in members of Hamas and employed many Muslim Brotherhood members throughout his Government.  Congress and the Senate say nothing.  Politicians and most media say nothing.  They are simply bought off cowards!

There will be no Muslim Brotherhood,  Hamas or Muslim working in my Cabinet or assigned to any Judicial position.  In fact,  I will work within my power to ban Sharia law from ever appearing anywhere near any US court.  I am not against Muslims living in America and in peace.  However,  their devotion to the Koran and Sharia Law trumps any devotion and loyalty to our Constitution and laws.  That is a national security risk.  There have been more than a few honor killings,  shootings and near terrorist attacks.  There have been murders of our military at the hands of Muslim soldiers,  even officers.  These assaults have all been in the U.S.  The Muslim perpetrators all thought they were doing their duty to Allah,  not acting as criminals.  We need a President who will protect America,  not Muslim sensibilities and activist groups.

Obama must go in November 2012.  Gingrich and Romney are no better than Obama.  Between them they represent affairs,  attacking our sovereignty, denying real border security,  support of gay marriage,  abortion,  the NDAA bill,  new world order and global elitism.

Under many names, including conservatism and liberalism, GOP and Democrat, our Constitution and freedoms are being crushed.  Remember it was former Presidential Candidate and Republican Senator John McCain along with Senator Carl Levin (D) who sponsored the NDAA Bill,  knowing full well that it was a complete violation of our Miranda rights,  Constitution,  Posse Comitatus and freedoms. It sets American patriots and conservatives up to disappear.

Drama queen Obama was promising all the way along to Veto this bill, as if anyone with a brain actually believed he was sincere with that threat.  The truth was that according to Senator Levin,  Obama wouldn’t agree to sign it if the part about focusing potential arrests for terror suspicions weren’t aimed at U.S. citizens. So,  as cancerous leadership goes these days,  the Senate gave into heir Obama.  If they had been real servants and leaders they would have stone walled it and kept it from going forward when Obama made his threats and ultimatum.  Instead they were cowards and sell out fascists.

Now, our military can legally grab you anytime out of your home without charges and whisk you off to Gitmo or any place in the world.  That is indefinitely,  without charges,  no trial,  and no phone call to your honey or anything.  You would be gone. 

Of course Heir Obama gave us a warm fuzzy the other day that he wouldn’t use his power against U.S. citizens.  Isn’t that comforting,  especially since Homeland Security, under Obama leaked the MIAC report in 2008 describing just about everyone as potential domestic terrorists?  That included, pro life,  pro 2^nd amendment,  pro state and federal sovereignty, those uncomfortable with Communist regimes and returning vets. That pretty much defines most of America as terrorists already.

Then we saw the activation of the FEMA camps,  at least 72 of them peppered all across the country.  Gee,  its almost as if Heir Obama is planning or expecting a revolt or contrived national disaster.  Ready for a move you loud mouth freedom lovers?

As unconstitutional as this bill is,  Romney (Obama light) said he supported the NDAA Bill when asked about it in the last debate.  How could any real American support such a Bill that literally shreds our rights and gives Dictatorial powers to the President and military.   Romney wants to be my President while carrying the Constitutional betrayals forward. 

I intend to fight with all that is in me to get elected President in 2012.  My first week on the job will be very busy.  Not only will I stop abortions,  but I will use every ounce of power I have to destroy and repeal the NDAA law,  Obama care bill,  stop the destruction of Coal and power plants victimized by idiot regulations,  build our military back up to where it must be,  restore the Canadian Pipeline and much more.

People say you can’t lead if you don’t have political experience.  I say you can’t lead if you don’t love God, your country and have some guts to do the right thing.

The signing of the NDAA Bill is treasonous.  McCain,  Levin and ALL who signed this should be impeached and run out of political office.  I could care less about the good of their career or party.  Too stinking bad.  I’m running as an Independent conservative and frankly I’m the only authentic Christian Conservative who is running.  I intend to win with the help of God and the American people, then I will restore America to greatness, liberate the people and kick more than a few butts.

There are enough deadly tracks Obama and the progressive left have led America down that anything short of   a wrecking crew won’t even begin to clean up the problem.

The first problem to fix is to throw the ineligible Obama out of office in Nov 2012.  Next,  we have to throw all who voted for the NDAA bill that shreds our bill of rights,  Posse Comitatus and Miranda rights.  Shame on Senators, John McCain and Carl Levin for authoring such an American betrayal.  Levin has said that he and others, at least 14 Senators tried to get thrown out the part about our military and President having the right to round up US Citizens on vague terrorist charges and hold them without charges, indefinitely. 

Senator Levin said it was Obama’s demand to put that back in the bill or he wouldn’t sign it.  The bottom line in my book is who cares who said what?  Senators and Representatives didn’t have to sign it did they?  If they actually loved their country and Constitution they should have stone walled it or destroyed it when Obama demanded something so unconstitutional and immoral! Those who voted for this should never be allowed to be in office again….not even run a paper route or lemonade stand.

The NDAA Bill must be repealed and crushed by the new President and administration. 

FEMA camps must verifiably be closed.

The Health care Bill must also be repealed and crushed.

All attacks on our energy systems,  coal plants and power plants must be reversed and stopped.

The Start Treaty must be reversed and our Nuclear lead put back where it should be.

Our Military must be supported and built back to the number one military in the world.

Tax revolution and liberation must and can occur.

Energy independence,  jobs and energy wealth will grow.

Border security will finally happen and stop the 200 billion a year in drug trade.

There is plenty to dream about and build with the next President, but first we need plenty of wrecking crews to clean up this mess!  I’m a Tom boy,  Mom,  Black Belt and Annie Oakley of the Airwaves.  Perhaps I as the new President could swing the first of many wrecking balls.   I will play the very pesky and bloody,  Star Spangled banner as I do it.

As our country has evolved, the challenges have morphed themselves into endless, sneak attacks.   We have become a sea of political correctness,  rights for ‘special classes’ of people,  using basic foundational racism arguments,  meant to battle real racism against black folks and other races,  to now include gays and other classes of people. 

Now days if you draw on the strength of the Holy Bible and own a gun,  Barack Obama calls you a ‘bitter clinger.’  If you define marriage between a man and a women as the God of the Holy Bible defines it,  you are a Homophobe and don’t want to honor gay people’s ‘rights’.

Mental illness and name calling is the game plan of today.  If you happen to stand against Islamic radicalism and don’t want violent jihad taught or promoted in America you are an Islamaphobe.   Lets see,  over the years I have been called homophobe,  Islamaphobe,  racist,  anti choice because I don’t believe in abortion and certainly not for women’s rights.  Yes,  I must hate women’s rights.  I have a an earned Ph.D, a black belt in Tae Kwon Do,  host a national radio talk show,  have been happily married for 12 years,  am a Mom and now am running for President of the U.S. 

America has in large part lost her way as a much needed ‘light on a hill’  and harbinger of freedom and hope.  Where did much of that unique hope for the world come from?  It was the belief that all men were created in the image of God, unique and had a right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. 

Life and its importance wasn’t assigned,  loaned or manipulated by Government or leadership.  Life’s power and right were given by God. 

There is nothing to negotiate or change about our nation’s moral, skeletal core.  It is this moral core that has made us the number one nation in influence on earth.  What are some of these issues the next President must be clear on?

God authors life therefore abortion is wrong,  a crime and must be stopped.

Marriage is defined by God between a man and a woman,  not groups of people,  a man and his dog or a man and his car.  Marriage is a Holy Sacrament between a man and a woman.  That truth doesn’t mean I hate or wish ill to gay people.  In our society gays can already live with and commit to their lover,  see an attorney and obtain rights as a beneficiary. 

A Homosexual can pursue whatever career they want and live life to the fullest.  I have had many gay friends throughout my life and for awhile thought it would be ok to look the other way on ‘civil unions,  but that is  wrong thinking.  It would be marriage by another name and would establish the precedent that would build the censorship machine already being pushed in state after state and school after school.  Six states have already ruled for gay marriage,  Maine, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Iowa, Vermont and New Hampshire.  The California Supreme Court finally upheld the States voter approved ban on gay marriage but said the 18,000 who were married could stay married under state law.  Go figure.

There are special ‘pink’ days for gay kids in schools.  There is manipulation and the push to contort hate crimes laws to include speech,  even Pastors speech if they were preaching on the sin of gay behavior.   The sexual chain goes quickly to the absurd,  with groups who want rights for cross dressers and special restroom privileges while the rest of us shut up and take it;  the bestiality movement….got to have sex with that special animal friend; the group sex and polygamy crowd and of course those who want sex with the young kids,  violent sex and sex with dead people.  They all want their rights.  When you take God out of the equation….there is no equation and there is no boundary or society left.

Thank God we don’t have Sharia law in the US and don’t persecute gays or execute them.  We also must not change the definition of marriage to kiss up or silence them. 

Our next President must be strong in leading from  a Christian and Constitutional value base.  Marriage is between a man and a woman and abortion should be completely stopped.

Only God knows in truth how many babies have been literally murdered in the name of ‘choice’  or ‘Government not controlling my body.’  We have annihilated at least 40 million babies if not more.  That is evil and most shameful.

I have been called ‘anti choice’  many times by abortion supporters over the years.  I always have said that I am ‘pro choice.’  Making a choice for life and doing the right thing is also a choice,  a better and moral choice, it is not ‘anti choice.’

President Obama is the most abortion pushing and supporting President we have ever had.  His entire voting record before his election was supportive of Abortion,  including Infanticide,  not even wanting the baby who survived an abortion attempt to get any medical attention.  He voted to just let the baby sit there on the cold table and die.

He has made sure in the Obama health care bill, being disputed at the Supreme Court, that paid abortions are also written into this monstrosity.

One of the first things Obama did once elected President was to reverse the Mexico City Policy started by Reagan and implemented by Bush.  Now we get to support and pay for abortions worldwide.

I intend to answer some questions up front so everyone will know where I stand and what I will do on this critical issue if elected as President.

First of all,  since scientifically we have established where life actually begins,  at fertilization and that the ‘right to life’  is any person’s right at any age,  then my first job is to defend that life and I will.  I will stop all federal funding of abortion clinics and aggressively move to shut all abortion clinics down.

Gregg Jackson, author of ‘We won’t get fooled again’  has posted an article at www.greggjackson.com asking key questions for Presidential Candidates to answer.  I agree with all his positions in this article.  It is high time for the games to stop regarding the protection of life.

When does human life begin?  At fertilization of the egg.

Are pre-born babies persons?  Yes,  made in the image of God.

Does the 14^th Amendment apply to pre-born babies?  Yes.  Since pre born persons are alive they are entitled to the same ‘due process of law’ and equal protection under the laws’ as all other innocent human persons.  It doesn’t matter their size.

With all that established,  lets go to the ‘mother load’ question’  Gregg Jackson asked that will make 99% of all Presidential candidates run for cover.

Just what will Outsider,  Laurie Roth do about abortions going on everywhere?  I believe according to the 5^th and 14^th Amendment,  Declaration of Independence and the Holy Bible which defines  life,  that all abortions state and federal must be stopped.

My first move once elected would be to stop the hemorrhaging of the patient.  I would call on the states to enforce the 14^th amendment and end all abortions in their states.

I believe this is not a States Rights issue but is beyond that.  It will  be my obligation as President to protect all life in the country.

The argument isn’t about ‘going back to the 50s’ and ‘dangerous, private abortion attempts.’  It is a crime and must be stopped.  There are plenty of options for pregnant women to get care and adopt out an unwanted baby.  In fact,  I would make sure,  as the abortion clinics were shut down that many options were supported, funded and available for pregnant women.

If the States failed to close the abortion clinics down I would give an executive order closing down all abortion clinics and support the prosecution of all who continue this practice.

Finally,  regarding this battle I agree with author Greg Jackson’s opinion that the President must stand first with the law of the land, our constitution,  declaration and ‘Laws of Nature and Nature’s God.’  Regardless of what various courts would rule,  even the Supreme Court,  my obligation as a President would be to lead,  not be intimidated into immoral submission by a faulty court ruling.

Real leaders in our history with a moral core have ignored unconstitutional rulings,  such as Adams and Lincoln.   It is time for real leadership on this issue by a President who will support and protect life at all stages.

Another disaster looming, among coming disasters in Afghanistan is the pathetic lack of leadership regarding their first big oil contract.   CNN money states that China got the deal, offering the best offer, giving Afghanistan 85% of the profit and giving China 15%.  Also in the bidding were Britain,  Australia and the US.  How in God’s green earth did the US not win this bid and do an oil deal with Afghanistan when we have spent hundreds of billions to free them and rebuild their country???  What incredible lack of leadership in the Obama regime would dare to allow such a thing and not make sure the US offered the best  deal and won?  It is as if,  sabotage reigns to destroy any political,  economic and military advantage with us and Afghanistan after hundreds of billions have been spent to fight Islamic terror there,  free the people and help them rebuild.

Obama continues to do whatever he can to promote radical Islamic leadership change throughout the Middle East.  Obama is pressing Congress to release the remaining 147 million from the previous budget cycle,  in which US aid to the Palestinians was to be $545.7 million.    According to the AP lawmakers are pushing for Palestinian bid for UN membership and have now freed up 20% of 187 million for that goal.

Lets see what we have as 2012 approaches

Obama has long ago given Islamic radical and terrorist group HAMAS over 900 million dollars.

Never mind that the 40 million dollars is aiding a dangerous scheme by the left and Palestinians to force their way in as a voting member of the UN and be ‘deemed’  a country.  Damn that this boldly increases the danger to Israel and that the ability for Palestine to attack Israel and get away with it from an international viewpoint.  Bottom line….Damn Israel.

We have already been enlightened by Obama during Arab Spring when Obama and Hillary immediately betrayed long time alley Hosni Mubarak in Egypt and rallied behind Islamic terrorist group Muslim Brotherhood.  It is as if Obama wanted radical Islamics to control Egypt and bring more danger to Israel,  the West and Middle East. 

All over the Middle East Obama has backed Muslim Brotherhood and other radical Islamic groups who continue to threaten,  attack and murder Jews,  Christians and anyone of difference. 

Why would a REAL President of the US want to give Islamic radicals,  like Hamas,  Muslim Brotherhood,  Palestinian leadership or any other name they hide behind,  any support or money until they first show bold and verified signs to the US,  UN and world that they will stop their threats and attacks on Israel,  people of difference and the world?  This will never happen with Obama at the helm because I believe he is aiding international Muslim and global elite take over.

A real President who loves America and freedom would harshly rebuke Islam and Sharia law until they stop the sound bites and really show American and the UN reforms.  Perhaps the Saudis could start  by changing their high school textbooks found for 10^th graders that show in graphic detail how to cut off the hands and feet of a thief.  While they are at it perhaps Islam. Through out their 57 countries can stop the part of Sharia law that allows beatings of wives,  executions of gays,  those who change faiths,  cutting off limbs of thieves,  stoning of rape victims without 4 witnesses and other violent brutality.
