have been filed by Phillip Berg, a
major, Democratic Attorney in
Pennsylvania who is known in part for
suing the President and Cheney,
blaming them for 9/11. I

in touch with anyone at her campaign.
It is known that Phillip Berg is a
major Hillary supporter, BUT, the
questions and constitutional concerns
he brings up are HUGE and must be
answered in a court of law. Many
of us have been asking about them for
ages! Where was Senator Obama
born? Berg says in Kenya and accuses
Obama of knowing this all along and
committing fraud and lying about this
throughout his career. Read the

troops on the main
entry way to this
significant port city,
pulling out or digging
in for a take over
battle?
Looking at the KGB
background and pattern
of Putin and
apparently Medvedev,
I predict there will
be no real pull out of
Russian troops from
Georgia, only a
manipulated stall
while trying to gain
more ground toward
rebuilding their
empire and shaming the
west. Don’t forget
that Putin earlier
this year said the
worst tragedy ever for
Russia was the
dismantling of the
Soviet Union. Where’s
a therapist when you
need one?
So many look at the
aggression finally put
forth on South Ossetia
by the Georgian
military. Much of the
manipulated media
states that the poor
Ossetian Russians are
being persecuted and
targeted in an evil
and dominating way by
the Georgian
Government. Thus
Russia had to attack
to ‘save’ the poor
Ossetians being
targeted unfairly.
The only problem with
the above assumption
is that it is not
true. In my
investigation talking
with top military
analysts and reviewing
real history there was
every reason for
Georgia to respond to
S. Ossetian Russians
in a military manner.
Not that they were
perfect in their
response but they did
have the right! Putin
has been smiling with
glea that the Russian
implants in that
province have asserted
that they wanted to
break away to Mother
Russia. For 10 years
now Russia has been
feeding the unrest,
growing it and praying
that the Russians
living there, with the
help of Russian plants
would break enough
laws, cause enough
treason and unrest,
complain enough that
Georgia would have to
respond to the
‘victims’, thus the
rescue of Mother
Russia.

had every reason to

been working hard to

from the Caspian Sea,
for sale in Europe and

Putin has calculated
partly right that the
world would assume

Russian war against
Georgia was only
started to rescue the
poor victims. Does
anyone recognize this
scenario with Hitler
in WW 11? Country

attacked at the outset

Czechoslovakia, on and
on due to the
manipulated and
twisted media rhetoric

were being overrun,

What is Russia
thinking? Why have
they decided to be so
imperialistic and
aggressive and attack
the free sovereign
nation of Georgia
now? Just last night
I talked with Ret.
Navy Lt. Commander Cy
Huerter and Van Hipp,
former Deputy
Secretary of the Army,
on my radio show,
trying to find answers
to these questions and
explore what our
response should be. I
also consulted with
media whistle blower
and columnist Daniel
Zanoza. In his recent
article on this
invasion he writes:

Putin, though not the
official leader of
Russia, in reality, is
calling the shots in
the former Soviet
Union. Putin, who was
head of the FSB, one
of the successor
agencies to the KGB,
the dreaded Soviet
intelligence agency,
had planned the attack
on Georgia long ago.
Military and political
experts say Putin’s
decision to move
troops into Georgia
was skillfully
calculated to coincide
with the Summer
Olympics, currently
being held in China.”

In 1968 Russia pulled
this when they invaded
and attacked
Czechoslovakia and got
away with it. Our
Secretary of State
reminded us of that
just this week. This
is not 1968 but Russia
is pulling this
aggressive, rubbish
again. They are still
attacking and all over
Georgia. Why now?
Why attack now?
Reason number 1 - They
chose to do it now
because there is
momentum with the
break away republics
aligning with the
west, gaining power in
the world’s eyes,
enjoying their
freedoms and
sovereignty. The U.S.
was becoming a little
too supportive and
close to the nations
surrounding
Russia….Ukraine,
Estonia.
Reason number 2 – They
see the pressure on
our economy, dollar
and struggles with gas
and oil prices. They
also see the need to
control the pipeline
going through Georgia
to the black sea.
Russia wants that
control back and sees
us as fragile and
struggling in that
aria, so they think
they can poke the U.S.
more by gaining
control of this
pipeline.
Reason number 3 -
Russia says now is the
time because the U.S.
is distracted and worn
out with Iraq and
Afghanistan. 100s of
Billions of dollars
later and lots of
troops abroad, we
wouldn’t dream of
getting in Russia’s
way if they attacked
and behaved badly.
The American’ will is
too tired and
distracted. We want
our troops home not
somewhere else.
Reason number 4 –
Russia can’t help but
notice our liberal
congress with a lame
duck President. Much
of our vocal congress
has not been really
supporting our efforts
to finish Iraq and
Afghanistan in the
right way and is not
willing to acknowledge
the real threat with
Islamic Radicals.
What’s to be afraid
of? Obama and a host
of other congressman
just want to ‘talk.’
Reason number 5 -
Putin can’t help but
rejoice when he sees
the endless concern
over extending habeas
corbus rights to
terrorists, our
demonizing of Gitmo
and detaining these
high level terrorists
while the war is going
on. We have
practically given them
talk shows!
Reason number 6 –
Putin watched us do
nothing but talk and
even with threats to
N. Korea regarding
them going nuclear we
did nothing. He is
watching us talk and
retreat again and
again with Iran. Why
shouldn’t he jump in
and conquer old Russia
back?
Putin has learned we
are more concerned
about feelings than
safety; there is
division in our
congress regarding how
to define the dangers
we face and the war we
are in; and we are
worn out, struggling
economically and don’t
want any more
trouble.
When I asked Van Hipp
and Ret. Lt. Commander
Cy Huerter how we
should respond to
Putin and Russia they
said that we must
respond in clarity and
strength. We should
send in not only aid
(which we are) to
Georgia, but a battle
ship or carrier in
that area, while
exploring sanctions,
and uniting many
countries including
the U.N. against their
actions (This seems to
also be happening).
No one wants a blood
bath and another war,
but we cannot ignore
the attack on a free,
sovereign nation. May
we be clear, strong
and tough as a country
while rallying the
free world against

family land was what
they wanted and needed
to augment state and
federal, over the top
laws and regulations
that require for every
acre that the Corp.
messed up in their
dredging project,
they have to buy 12
more acres and turn
them into ‘wet
lands’. (one of the
many
obsessive/compulsive
terms used by the
environmentalists).
The facts, when
investigated, revealed
that many land owners
up and down the
Columbia would have
sold various chunks of
their land to appease
the ‘wetlands’ idiot
laws, so there
shouldn’t have been a
problem ever over the
9 years of digging up
and down the 160 mile
river. However, much
is the case with
distracted, lazy or
misguided power whores
in Government jobs,
the Corps, couldn’t be
bothered with the land
that could be easily
used, the folks who
wanted to have their
land used and sold,
they instead hyper
focused on the Colf
family farm. The only
small problem was that
the Colf’s never
wanted to sell
anything on their
farm! They were
threatened with
Eminent Domain, almost
from the beginning of
the negotiations.
Pay attention folks!
This whole nightmare
reversed itself,
decency, common sense
and the Colf family’s
land rights prevailed
because of YOU. On
June 8th I

This last week we saw

court of law, nor does
common sense prevail
in many cases. At
least we have some
sane politicians in
congress who see the
insanity of this case
and that these Agents
were even arrested,
like Rep. Duncan
Hunter, who just sent
a formal letter to our
President’s desk
asking for a full
pardon. It had a ton
of other signatures on
it as well, so we can
only hope President
Bush sees the light on
this one.
It’s amazing to me as
one goes through the
mind field of the
endless absurd
headlines in the news
that any of us are off
medication and out of
therapy! Just
yesterday I couldn’t
help but notice that
the California AG
wanted to sue Nestle
Waters North America,
a water bottling plant
because he was
concerned about their
messing up the
environment and
promoting problems
with climate
change…..global
warming. I’m just
certain when the AG
causes the proper
research in this area
that they will find
that where ever the
plant would pull up
water from the ground
that ‘lava’ would
start flowing,
threatening towns down
below. You see,
