Rep. Peter King is standing his ground amidst all the protests by Muslim groups like CAIR, Movie stars and other miss informed leftists who need attention. The planned meeting for March 10 will continue and be the start of many meetings held over the next 18 months on this issue. Ironically, the latest protest by Muslims, leftists and Movie stars was in Times Square which was the exact location of a near successful car bomb attack by a Muslim radical, Faisal Shahzad last year.
If you would listen to media reports and read accounts of the Muslim protests against Rep. King and the meetings you would think thousands gathered in the streets around the world and in Times Square. The truth however, was that there were just a few hundred people and handfuls of radical Muslims swinging around vicious placards around the world. Business as usual, if you dare to shine the light of truth or ANY light on Islam and the dangerous words, teaching, funding and agenda peppered all through it. The truth is most of the country is relieved that hearings are finally happening with congress. We sure haven’t seen any leadership in this area from our President.
I don’t recall myself as a national Talk show host, Rep. Peter King, as chairman of the House Committee on Homeland Security, and most in Talk Radio or on line Journalism, ever saying that our desire and agenda was to persecute and hurt Muslims. However, It is most clear that bloody attacks continue on our soil and we have seen several near and miraculous misses. Last year we nearly saw the Times Square bomber kill many and the Underwear bomber bring down another plane the Christmas before last.
Don’t forget the many murders and attacks by Muslims against other soldiers in our military since 9/11. We have barely heard about some of them. There are at least 33 separate acts of terrorism in the US since then and at least 58 people killed by radicalized Muslims. But for the grace of God and Underwear Bomber and Time Square Bomber failing, that number of murdered ‘Infidels’ would be into the hundreds or thousands just the last few years.
It is not only important but critical that leadership in our congress study and identify how Muslims are being radicalized in America. Instead of ‘sound bite theatre’ and ‘kissing up to Muslim protestors, movie stars and CAIR’ we must have honesty in the probing of this ongoing and growing danger to ALL Americans.
Some call it profiling. I call it staying alive. Radical Islamic behavior has shined the murderous spotlight on themselves. We don’t have to do any pointing. They constantly point to themselves. These attacks aren’t just since 9/11 but non stop since the early 1970s. We have seen murderous Jihad after murderous Jihad. If we dare notice, question or rise up against this threat we are racists, haters and Islamaphobics.
Instead of showing leadership as the first Muslim Representative in Congress, Rep. Ellison sides with the protestors and has is against Rep. Kings efforts to have these hearings on Islamic radicalism. He offers the usual, ‘profiling’ ‘victim’ card. How is it that this guy even got elected? Should he not be most concerned about the many who continue to be radicalized into violence against our people? Play victim another time. Get to business and protect America now.
I have read much of the Koran and Hadith. Many are aware of how the last and dominating half of the Koran reads, like a declaration of War against Infidels. According to Islam’s own sources, the peaceful part (the first ½) is trumped, authority wise by the newer and last part…the call to Jihad and war against Infidels. Now, should this concern us? If it doesn’t you are already dead or waiting to be.
These hearings not only must look at what is being taught in our Islamic schools, camps and Mosques in America, but how the clear calling to peace and war/jihad is being addressed for real within Islam. What is being allowed and promoted in chat rooms and on line sites?
We can’t pretend that the dozens of attacks on our soil the last several years didn’t have one major thing in common. All the killers weren’t drug infested and abused bad boys. They all thought they were doing the will of Allah and Muhammad, according to the call of their Koran and Holy books. They yelled ‘Allah Akbar’ as they were murdering people again and again. None of these murders were ‘Ted Bundy’ moments. They were bold religious moments. Yes, we had better get to studying just what they are teaching, preaching and manipulating into place in our country.
I want to see this congress take a strong stand against radicalized teachings in US mosques and schools. I also want to see them take a stand against Shariah law, which is used through out the middle east to execute gays, beat wives who question their husbands, whip and murder rape victims, cut off limbs and much more. It is the complete opposite of our constitution.
WE HAD BETTER HAVE MORE THAN HEARINGS ON RADICAL ISLAM. We had better do something about it. Remember, their Koran says it is not a sin and even expected for them to lie to the Infidel to get what they want. Naturally, they will play the persecuted victim, peace loving American and shocked onlooker. Don’t buy it!
Nowhere have I ever said that all Islamics in America want violence or plan to act out since the last half of their Koran calls them to that. However, some have and some do. That makes it an issue we have to deal with or more will end up dead.
I have said it many times before. I would rather be rude and alive then polite and dead.
